You know those recipes that get passed down from generation to generation? Ours isn’t one of them. Ours starts here.
We created our recipe by focusing on what we like – and what we don’t like – about pickles. Because after all, there’s nothing worse than biting into a chemical laced salt stick trying to pass itself off as a pickle.
A pickle should be a work of fine art. The cucumber the canvas, the spices the paint, and the brine the brush. Slowly, that combination becomes a pickle. A vessel of flavor.
Ours represent our region. After all, this is where they’re made. We’re not just shoving a bunch of random spices, cukes and vinegar into a jar. We’re pining over the perfect combination of spice mix and brine ratios. These are our paintings. We hope you hang one on your shelf (or use ‘em in a sandwich).
