Utah Fry Sauce – Pittsburgh Pickle Style
  • 1cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2cup ketchup(we’d recommend Heinz, being from Pittsburgh)
  • 1/2teaspoon onion powder
  • 3-4teaspoons Pittsburgh Pickle Brine(to taste, we prefer a lot of brine)
  1. Mix it all together in a bowl. Boom. Done.

You can always change up the recipe, too. Some folks like barbecue sauce instead of ketchup. And you can always up the spice with a few drops of your favorite hot sauce.
