If you’re traveling through Utah, this sauce is on the table of just about every diner and restaurant. But seeing as how we’re from Pittsburgh, we decided to put our own spin on it. It goes perfectly with fries, burgers and even chipped chopped ham sandwiches!

Utah Fry Sauce – Pittsburgh Pickle Style

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (we’d recommend Heinz, being from Pittsburgh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3-4 teaspoons Pittsburgh Pickle Brine (to taste, we prefer a lot of brine)

  1. Mix it all together in a bowl. Boom. Done.
Recipe Notes

You can always change up the recipe, too. Some folks like barbecue sauce instead of ketchup. And you can always up the spice with a few drops of your favorite hot sauce.
