These are simple to make and perfect for any party. If you can roll things up, you can make ’em. And if you’re not down with white bread, you can always substitute wraps.

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon onion juice
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 loaf white bread with the crusts trimmed like mom used to do!
- 1 16 oz Pittsburgh Pickle Jar Your Choice: Pittsburgh Style, Dill Mill, or Fire & Smoke

Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion juice and grated onion in a bowl, then spread the mix evenly on several slices of white bread.
- Roll a pickle in each covered slice, then place in a baking dish overnight.
- When you wake up, do a shot of pickle juice, then slice each bread roll into inch long slices.
