Pittsburgh Pickle Butter
Can you have Pittsburgh Pickles for breakfast? Thanks to this easy-to-make butter ritual, now you can! This recipe has been adapted from one we found at www.noblepig.com.
  • 1/2cup softunsalted butter
  • 1tablespoon Pittsburgh Pickle Brineany flavor as long as it’s at room temperature
  • 3/4teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/8teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • 1tablespoon Pittsburgh Picklefinely chopped (from the jar you used above)
Recipe Notes

Just throw all the ingredients in a bowl and blend them together with a hand mixer. You can keep this in your fridge for a couple of weeks and use it whenever you get a craving!
