Pittsburgh Pickle Butter
Can you have Pittsburgh Pickles for breakfast? Thanks to this easy-to-make butter ritual, now you can! This recipe has been adapted from one we found at www.noblepig.com.

  • 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Pittsburgh Pickle Brine any flavor as long as it’s at room temperature
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • 1 tablespoon Pittsburgh Pickle finely chopped (from the jar you used above)

Recipe Notes

Just throw all the ingredients in a bowl and blend them together with a hand mixer. You can keep this in your fridge for a couple of weeks and use it whenever you get a craving!
