Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Pittsburgh Pickle Brine any flavor as long as it’s at room temperature
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard seed
- 1 tablespoon Pittsburgh Pickle finely chopped (from the jar you used above)

Recipe Notes
Just throw all the ingredients in a bowl and blend them together with a hand mixer. You can keep this in your fridge for a couple of weeks and use it whenever you get a craving!
