Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups Pittsburgh Pickle Brine
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1/4cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grab your food processor, chop up an avocado (and take the skin off, you animal) and pour it — and the brine — in. Mix until smooth, then set to low. Slowly pour in the olive oil until everything is combined.
